Hello! I am Ava Lamantia and I’m an actor/singer/artist from Monmouth County New Jersey. I started acting as an outlet to be somebody other than myself and found that freedom initially from just playing Barbies as a little kid. I try to hold that childlike and guileless spirit when I perform, it’s important and necessary in my personal opinion. It’s the foundation of believing circumstances to be, for all intents and purposes, true as opposed to harping on the idea of them being enacted. When I’m not creating, I may be going on a run, doing yoga, walking my dog, working at a coffee shop, reading articles/studies on general health and wellness for women, or doing a plethora of other things that peak my interest in a given day.
